Axilon is a land of vast expanses and vigorous peoples, and you are the ruler of one of its empires.  Your goal: to control all of Axilon!

The most straightforward way is to build an unstoppable military, but other strategies are possible.

You can try to dominate other empires economically, or by building an irresistible culture to seduce them.  Perhaps you intend to instill awe in your opponents' backward empires through your scientific and technological sophistication?  Or to overwhelm them with demonstrations of divine favor?
